Phew .. The exams are completed

First, apologies for no new posts for the past few weeks.

Well, after several weeks of hard work .. doing practice papers, intense thinking about solving Math problems, patiently listening to teachers' explanation of mind-boggling challenging problems .. the exams are finally completed.

In the next two weeks, the classroom will be bustling with activities. Children will be setting up Science experiments, conducting tests, deriving results, discussing .. arguing .. presenting ..

Good Luck Children :) Learn Well .. and dun forget to have fun :)

Expansion and Contraction of Matter

Yang Zhi is trying to find out if the ball can go through the ring, after the ball has been heated.

Teacher's Demonstration: Workbook Activity 2.5

Pupils take turns to observe the water level in the glass tube (before and after expansion).
When the flask is heated, the air inside it gains heat and expands into the balloon, causing it to inflate.
