Stem

Inside the stem of a celery plant, there are many tubes which carry water, mineral salts and food.

Leaves leaves everywhere

Today, Howard brought a good variety of leaves to show everyone. Some are shown here. Amongst them are pandan, butterfly pea, bryophyllum, fishtail fern, peppermint. Can you identify them?

We practised our Observation Skill, with our sense of sight (shape, size, colour), sense of touch (hairy, smooth) and sense of smell (mint, laksa)
